PRF Restoration

When used for hair growth, PRF stimulates hair follicles that are dormant to start producing hair. The hairs are thicker; sometimes, the follicle produces more than one hair while improving blood flow to nourish the follicle and sustain growth.

The PRF is injected superficially over the scalp, focusing on scarce areas. Shape Aesthetics + Wellness recommends three treatments, spaced one month apart, and sometimes recommends adding Exosome technologies to deliver an even more robust response.

Individualizing a program for each patient is the key to success. Complimentary consultation by a Shape Aesthetics + Wellness provider will ensure that you are well informed and prepared for the treatment course. The program will also include other therapies, both oral and topical, to enhance and maintain results.

Expectations

PRF is a great solution for hair loss as these products combined will help stimulate the production of hair growth directly at the follicle. At your treatment, you can expect a quick and painless blood draw; from there, the blood will spin in a centrifuge, and we will obtain the PRF, also known as liquid gold. The PRF is then injected all over the scalp, paying attention to areas with major hair loss. We do recommend doing a series of at least 4 treatments for best results, and clients can expect to see a 70% reduction in hair loss as well as a 60% increase in hair growth.
